As bike riders, we loved the convenient location of Daisy Cottage. It was perfectly placed with a rural feel, allowing us to take scenic rides around the area. The nearby Newmiller Dam offered beautiful surroundings for cycling, and there were even more pubs and restaurants to explore after our rides. The cottage itself had everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to a comfortable lounge with a large TV. The central heating and cozy convection fire kept us warm and snug after a long day of biking. Plus, the nice touch of a bottle of fizz and chocolates as a welcoming gesture added a special touch to our stay.
We felt completely relaxed during our stay at Daisy Cottage, with no complaints whatsoever. Everything was pristine in terms of cleanliness and decoration, and the cottage provided all the necessary amenities.

We stayed at a lovely cottage that was well equipped and decorated. It had all the amenities we needed for our family of four. the bottle of fizz and chocolates were a nice touch and made us feel welcome. the cottage had a cozy lounge diner with a large TV and central heating, perfect for keeping us snug and warm. the bedrooms were a good size and the modern bathroom was nice. the area had a rural feel to it but was conveniently located, with a pub just a minute away and Wakefield center only a 10-minute drive. We also enjoyed taking a walk to Newmiller Dam and exploring other nearby pubs and restaurants.
It was a comfortable and enjoyable stay for us. Cons: Nothing that I didn't like.

Had a wonderful stay at a cozy cottage with my two children. Despite a small delay in key collection, communication was excellent and the process was simple. The cottage had all the necessary amenities and provided a comfortable experience. Despite some minor issues with the TV remote and heating system, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this accommodation for a short getaway.

We had a lovely stay at a charming cottage in Wakefield. The value for money was excellent, and the room was cozy and well-equipped for our family of four. The location was perfect, and the staff made us feel welcome with a bottle of fizz and chocolates upon arrival.
The hotel breakfast menu could have been enhanced by adding more variety to the options.

We stayed at Daisy Cottage for one night with our two children and had a very comfortable stay. The cottage is nicely presented with a cosy feel, and it is well equipped and decorated. There is a spacious lounge diner with a large TV, central heating, and a lovely convection fire to keep everyone snug and warm. The two bedrooms are of reasonable size and the bathroom is modern. The location has a rural feel, but it is perfectly placed with The Bay Horse pub just a minute away and easy access to Newmiller Dam, more pubs, and restaurants. The communication regarding a slight delay in our arrival was great, and the key collection process was simple. Highly recommended for a short stay.
Can just recommend this hotel.
